We offer a (7) day return policy from the date the item was delivered to the consumer. We will only accept the return as long as the product is in the original packaging, and is in 100% brand new condition with all components attached and included. We reserve the right to deny return to ANY customer. Return shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Restocking fee may apply, and the refund will not include original shipping costs to the customer.
If you have exceeded the (7) day return limit, if the product is not in brand new condition, or there are components missing, you have 1 of 2 options:
1: You can return the product for a 25% restocking fee
2: You can return the product for store credit, and receive 100% of the cost of the product cost back (less shipping and tax)
