At GGlighting, we take pride in ensuring customer satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality products. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we have established a return policy to accommodate your needs.

Our return policy allows for a (30) day period from the date of delivery for you to return your item(s). If you choose to return your item(s) within this timeframe, we will issue a 100% refund on the products returned. Please note that in cases where GGlighting is responsible for any error, a return shipping label will be provided. However, for all other cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping.

Please note that a 20% restocking fee may apply if any of the following conditions are met: the items have been used, returned after (30) days, or missing components. If you paid in cash for the item(s), store credit will be issued, as all cash sales are final.

For items purchased with a partnership or sponsorship discount, returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase. However, a 50% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Please note that the original shipping costs to the customer will not be included in the refund. If the order was eligible for the "free shipping" option and the customer returns the order, there will be a 10% restocking fee. Additionally, if the customer cancels the order, and the item has been shipped but not delivered, there will be a $15 cancellation fee as this is the amount charged to us by the shipping company to reverse the shipment.

To facilitate a smooth return process, please include a statement inside the package explaining the reason for the return, your order number, and your contact information. Please note that your return may take up to 14 days to process. If you fail to include a statement inside the box, your refund will not be processed.
